This is a rock formation I passed by on our trip from Arches National park on our way to Albuquerque, New Mexico back in 2022. I did not photograph this one so much of it is from memory. This painting is hanging at MG Jewlers, Lubbock Texas.

This is a scene of a cloud building into a thunderhead. This is looking East off the Caprock about 5 miles from of Southland Texas. The stream in the for ground is a contributory of the Double Mountain Fork of the Brazo River. At this time there was very little water. There are times it can be bone dry or flooding. all depends on the rain. The image occurred a little after sunrise in late May. 16”x 20”

This is another scene from the Bridwell Ranch East of Crobyton Texas. This area along White River was a gathering point for large numbers of Native Americans during the 19th century. This tribe that were come here included the Camanche, Kioa, Southern Cheyenne and Mexicans. It remained active until the the conclusion of the Red River wars when the before mentioned tribes were for red upon the reservations.
